在充分考虑功能型物流服务提供商选择的影响因素的基础上,从服务质量、服务价格、服务柔性、服务能力、合作能力和发展潜力六个方面构建了功能型物流服务提供商的评价指标体系.通过熵权法求出各个功能物流服务提供商的权值向量和专家打分计算出各个一级指标的权重,建立了定性和定量相结合的提供商评价模型,通过其综合评价计算出各个功能物流服务提供商的评价总权值.借助于案例说明,建立的功能服务提供商评价指标体系和综合评价模型能较为全面地评价提供商,为物流服务集成商选择合适的功能服务提供商提供有益的决策依据.%In this paper, on the basis of fully considering the factors influencing the selection of functional logistics service suppliers, we established the index system for the evaluation of functional logistics service providers on the aspects of quality, price, flexibility, service capacity, cooperative capability and development potential. Then using the entropy weight method and expert scoring method, we obtained the weight vectors of the various functional logitsics service providers and the weight of the various primary index, established the provider evaluation model which was both qualitative and quantitative, and then calculated the total weight of the different providers. Then in connection with a case study, we demonstrated that the index system and model established could comprehensively evaluate the service providers and gave useful reference for the decision-making in the selection of functional service providers.
