Relationship between emotional intelligence and performance is the main subject of emotional intelligence under organizational circumstances. The research aims to exam how employees' emotional intelligence effects their performance, The main conclusion is that employee's emotional intelligence or some aspects of emotional intelligence can positively improve his or her own performance.
