摘要

In order to support policy making for CO_2 emissions reduction, this study developed an energy demand model for Japanese commercial sector based on archetype engineering modelling. The developed model can be characterized by the considerations of the heterogeneity of HVAC system stock and realistic system operation condition. The model estimated the annual primary energy consumption of the commercial building stock in Kanto region to be approximately 570PJ.
