A method for forming physical and structural models of distributed power-heat coupling installations (KWK) which to form a model corresponding to their respective structural properties (STE) are combined in groups (GRU), and at least one resulting parameter (KEN) of the group is ascertained in each group from the structural properties and the number of contained power-heat coupling installations (KWK) , and the resulting parameters (KEN) of all the groups (GRU) are supplied to the energy management system (EMS). An Independent claim is given for a power supply system (SYS).
