In recent years China's retailing has shown a rapid trend, but we must observe that conventional commodity management strategy has been unable to guide retailers to establish order strategy accurately. For retailers, the category management is an efficient method of management which applies the concept of Efficient Customer Respond. Thus, we used the category management to analyze the demand of customer .Then we bring forward the product classification strategy .We select the right order quantity models according to product classification to satisfy the target consumer, though this retailers can maximize economic returns.
