On the Research of Competency of Manufacturing Logistics Personal

Competency is a key standard of evaluation and selection. This paper takes manufacturing logistic personnel as an object of study. Firstly, we identify the competency of logistics industry. In order to identify the competency of the manufacturing logistics personnel, the spaal3.0 software is employed to analyze the data from the questionnaires. The research shows that the eight factors existed in the manufacturing logistics personal competence .The study establishes the competency of the manufacturing logistics personnel and differentiates analysis of control variable, providing brand-new theoretical basis for evaluating and selecting the manufacturing logistics personal.
