摘要

The ANSYS-based intelligent control system which composed of high-speed data acquisition subsystem, calculation and assessment subsystem, data based subsystem was established. Data such as the strain and temperature were gathered by automatic acquisition instruments, then transmited to database subsystem through Internet. The data were filtered and performed by APDL (ANSYS parametric design language) in calculation and assessment subsystem. ANSYS could access to the database at any time to execute comparative analysis, and release instructions to guide the construction. So this system had features of accuracy and high degree of automation which could realize data automatic collection, intelligent computation and assessment. Xinlongmen Bridge is a concrete filled steel tubulur arch bridge with 240m clear span. The ANSYS-based intelligent control system was used to the bridge construction control. The results showed that both the structure geometry and stresses were excellent. The usage of intelligent control system could obtain more precise data and make work easier.
