Polyethylene material has been one of the most commonly used material during the transportation of liquid and gaseous materials in today. During the use of polyethylene material over long distances are needed to welding to each other. Electrofusion welding techniques is known as the most reliable structure in welding technology. Electrofusion welding machines used in applications with transformers are expensive and difficult to transport. To solve this technical problems for this type of welding machines are manufactured without the transformer. In this study, Electrofusion welding machine without transformer with 3 kW were designed and simulated with Matlab / Simulink environment. The required voltages were produced for welding process.
