摘要

Numerical simulation of the processes of microwave drying of dielectrics with allowance for the regulation of the output power of the power supply is considered. The drying was carried out in a microwave radiation type chamber of unlimited volume with the use of a horn antenna. Algorithms for solving self-consistent problems of electrodynamics and heat and mass transfer for cases of controlling the output power of a microwave power supply based on two-point regulation and proportional regulation are proposed. The modeling technique can be used in the development of microwave electrotechnological installations for drying dielectric materials at the stage of selecting a microwave power source and a system for automatic control of the drying process.
