With Virtual Instrument technology, the authors designed Young's Modulus of Metal Materials measurement system which has realized the computer measurement of the Young's Modulus by using of computers and data acquisition card and LabVIEW software and combining with the measuring instrument of Young's Modulus scanning frequency method. The Young's modulus of metal materials measurement system based on Virtual Instrument use the scanning frequency method to measure, compared with the traditional method of stretching and dynamic suspension, not only measuring speed is faster and more accurate, processing data is more convenient, operating performance is more stable, but also realized the measurement's digitization and computerization, and the system has laid a good foundation for processing the data further.
