The implementation of ERP can not only bring enterprise promotion of management, but also enhance economic benefit by a wide margin. But the success rate of enterprise put ERP into effect is low at home and abroad at present, brings enterprise much economic loss. Author found reasons of failure and successful experience from ERP cases at home and abroad, consider that series of inner and outer factor can influence the implement of ERP. For this reason, we should construct safeguard system of ERP, in order to give helpfully inspire to enterprise which prepare to work ERP, increase success rate of ERP.
