Airport Logistics is an important component of modern logistics and has a unique competitive advantage relative to other modern logistics models. Compared with the development of Airport Logistics in "Yangtze River Delta", carried out a detailed analysis of the SWOT analysis of the Airport logistics development including strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats, a suitable airport logistics development strategy of Hangzhou is set up. At present there are still many weaknesses and threats in airport logistics development in Hangzhou, therefore, it is necessary to take full advantage of development opportunities for airport logistics, speeding up infrastructure construction, while strengthening the information system, and to build strategic alliances actively and select dislocation development strategy. These results are very useful for the practical guidance on the airport logistics development in Hangzhou.
