This paper is mainly concerned with a study of Poisson arrival at entrances of a small capacity rotary intersection model using a Mark Flow Graph (MFG) which is a kind of safe Petri net. The purpose is deadlock and congestion avoidance, which we define them using percolation rate in the model. The critical probability as complex systems became 25% longer than our previous paper and general complex systems. A time span of arrival can change congestion rate and deadlock time. Several models computed queuing row length were modified considering queueing length in the rotary and compared to numerical results.
