The research employed computer stimulate experiment, used the computer purchasing as the experimental task, and explored the influence of time constraint (high time constraint, no time constraint) and attribute numbers (three attributes, six attributes) on decision making. The results showed that time constraint and numbers of attribute had a significant main effect, but no interaction. Under no time constraint, decision makers usually applied decision- making strategy based on alternatives. But under high time constraint, decision makers applied decision-making strategy based on attributes.
