摘要

In this paper, dynamic analysis and simulation are made for the pump-accumulator driving extruder. The dynamic and mathematic models are set up. The function of relationships between extruding force of the hydraulic system and displacement, velocity and acceleration of the piston are derived. Simulations and tests are also made for a practical 3150-ton horizontal extruder. It is shown that the simulation results coincide with the testing data.
