Temperature warping stress and vehicle load will lead the fatigue failure of the concrete pavement. Simulation of the finite element model with different parameters was obtained, and analyzed the effect of the concrete pavement with different parameters. The temperature stress in the concrete pavement slab is increasing notably by the increasing of the length and thickness of the slab and foundation course rebound modulus. The longitudinal tensile stress is increasing by the slab thickness and length increase while it is suffered by the positive temperature gradient and vehicle load combination. Increase the foundation course rebound modulus will lead the longitudinal tensile stress decrease which is generated by the temperature gradient and vehicle combination load.
