摘要

The influence of H2 addition on the discharge characteristics of Ne-Xe in a AC-PDP macro-cell. The results show that the firing voltage, sustaining voltage and discharge current are affected by H2 addition remarkably. The minimum values of firing voltage and sustaining voltage as well as the maximum values of voltage margin can be obtained under a certain H2%,and The values increases with the frequency. The maximum values of initial discharge current can be obtained under a certain frequency. The experimental results show that the firing voltage and sustaining voltage reaches the minimum values under mixture gas of Ne-Xe(4.14%)and H2 (0.016%) even if the all values of the frequency. The initial discharge current reaches the maximum values under 36 kHz frequency even if the all H2%, and same as no H2 addition at 90 kHz frequency.
