摘要

This paper uses weary test, probability statistics and thermodynamics research technique to research for overall structural layout, fault cause, basic product function, barycentre distribution and thermodynamics characteristic of steamer. It is discovered jam of heating pipe is main fault reasons and distribution of heat dissipation around pot play an important part in overall structural layout. It reveals basic structural fault of revolving heating plate-type pot. The fault's reasons can be radically solved through design methods of structuralism and heat distribution of pot can also be improved by adopting method of thermodynamics analysis. The result indicates using weary test and method of probability statistics could effectively discover the fault reasons of new product. In addition, basic research on core technology of steam thermodynamics can innovatively develop new type steamer, improve working stability, barycenter stability, mobile convenience, and reduce production cost.
