The "Sanlu milk powder" scandal reflected the potential troubles about supply chain quality control. This paper introduces the concept of dairy quality chain management, the implement framework and content of dairy enterprises' quality chain management. In order to ensure the implementing of the dairy enterprises' quality chain management, some guarantee measures are given.
