Views on teachers' continuing education in Chinese universities

摘要

A highly qualified teacher should not only possess knowledge, but also be a person with excellent morality, great ideal and ambitious pursuit. He/She should not only have a higher starting point, but also be a lifelong learner. In this paper, the author will talk about the concept and significance of teachers' continuing education in Chinese universities, and give her own understandings. Meanwhile, the author hopes this paper can make teachers who work in universities pay more attention on their continuing education.
