摘要

Aiming at the actual engineering demands of the condition monitoring and fault diagnosis for the large-size complex mechanical equipments, this paper mainly studied the stress characteristic and motion rule of the wear particles in rectangular micro flow region. After the various forces applied on wear particles, moving in relation to fluid flowing have been researched. And the modified expressional forms of the kinetic equations under different flow conditions being discussed, a general form of kinetic equations for discrete particlesȁ9; motion in arbitrary flow region was obtained. The mathematical features of the linear form of the equation were clarified and analytical solution of the linear equations were gotten by means of Laplace Transform.
机译:针对大型复杂机械设备状态监测与故障诊断的实际工程需求,主要研究了矩形微流区磨损颗粒的应力特性及运动规律。在对磨损颗粒施加各种力之后,已经研究了与流体流动有关的运动。并讨论了在不同流动条件下动力学方程的修正表达形式,即离散粒子ȁ9的动力学方程的一般形式。获得了在任意流动区域的运动。阐明了线性方程组的数学特征,并通过拉普拉斯变换获得了线性方程组的解析解。
