International Strategic Alliance--An Inevitable Choice in the Globalization of Chinese Enterprises

Chinese enterprises are faced with enormous pressure after entering the WTO. In order to occupy a possible share in the international market, the enterprises have to carry on the globalization management. At the beginning, this paper analyzes the issues that the Chinese enterprises are confronted with in their process of globalization. Then, it puts forward the win-win idea by establishing global strategic alliances with foreign enterprises. Furthermore, it offers a detailed discussion over the internal causes for setting up international strategic alliances and brings forth related countermeasures at the same time. It is supposed to provide a new idea to guide the Chinese enterprises in their globalization.
