This research proposes the theory of relativity of space urban environment which will be useful in searching for living places in outer space in which human beings can enjoy their future prosperity. The authors demonstrated in the previous study that there was an interrelationship between the five dimensions (time, distance and space city) and space environment. However any method to prove it has not been firmly established.Since this theory is an essential condition for space urban construction, the paper introduces a relatively simple model using a function method. This function, given some conditions, facilitates the estimation of the transition of space city scale. This research deals with the year 2010 onward and it will provide future researchers with a solid foundation.
