PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable creation of 4-dimensional survey of general space and map generation software thereof.;SOLUTION: The three dimensions of the general space are surveyed by the utilization of a GPS and an aerial advertizing balloon and the time of 4-dimensional portions is measured by an atomic clock at the top, bottom, right, left, etc., of the space and the time-space map generation software of the general space is created by processing with a computer on the basis of these numerical values.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
