摘要

How to improve the project management major's practical ability is a important topic in the educational reform of project management specialty. Reform of practical teaching pattern and training mode to improve practical ability of students majored in engineering management are discussed in this paper. Based on empirical research an alteration mode of working and learning was proposed to training well experienced engineering management talent Utilizing education resources both of college and enterprise, the mode was helpful for students to combine specialized theory and engineering practice and enhanced practical ability. The model configuration "the alternating work and study cooperative education" was constructed and the operational mechanism and management flow of the model has been practiced and discussed. This model is suitable for training the application personnel and it is valuable to promote. Finally, to implement the model, it must establish a whole set effective administrative regulations.
