The e-business, closely combined with the business management, has greatly pushed forward the transformation of business organizations. So it is important to apply the e-commerce to redesign the business organization and explore a new way to reform business in accordance with the Chinapsilas actual condition. The paper tries to raise ideas through analyzing how to transform organization structures under the environment of e-commerce.
