摘要

2,2-Bis[4-(3-nitrophenyloxy)phenyl] propane(3-BNPP) was synthesized from bisphenol-A and 1,3-dinitrobenzene in the role of potassium carbonate. Then 3-BNPP was reduced with hydrazine hydrate, and a novel diamine monomer 2,2-bis[4-(3-aminophenyloxy)phenyl] propane (3-BAPP) was gained. Various polyimides were synthesized from 3-BAPP with various dianhydrides. And some applied research was made in two-layer flexible copper clad laminate(2L-FCCL). It showed excellent solder resistance, low water-absorption and dielectric constant.
