摘要

In this paper,we developed surface plasmon resonance(SPR)sensor based on self-assembled monolayers(SAMs)to detect a biomarker of oxidation and nitrosation,3-nitrotyasine(3-NT).Pure SAMs from 11-Mercaptoundecanoic acid (MUA)and mixed SAM from 11-MUA and 11-Mecapto-1-undecanol(11-MUD)were prepared.The close-packed SAM was characterized by XPS to be covalently binding to gold surface.The mixed SAMs sensors showed better sensitivity than MUA SAM due to the decrease of background noise from binding of the 3-nitrotyosine-bovine serum albumin (3-NT-BSA)immobilization.
