Research on Optimization of Schedule-Cost Risk for RD Project

摘要

For R&D projects, both time and cost of each sub-project are uncertain, while schedule of each sub-project has correlation respectively with the sub-project's time and cost. Based on this characteristics, the Dependent-chance programming models of optimization for schedule risk, cost risk and combined schedule-cost risk are established. Furthermore, the models are validated by calculations with method of genetic algorithm, and as a result optimizing is achieved for risk sharing, schedule and cost. This research is instructive for risk estimation of R&D project.
