Risk Management and Sustainable Development:Evidence from Higher Education Mega Center in Hunan Province

摘要

To strengthen and improve the administration of real estate credit and enhancing the sound and sustained development of the real estate loans’marketing，commercial banks should establish workable risk-management policies in loan approval standards，procedures，risk control，and post-loan management．This paper presents investigation and analysis on university students’apartments loan risk management,the special part of real estate loan projects，in Hunan Province and puts forward suggestions On future development of risk management in the university students’apartments loan risk management．
