RESEARCH ON LOGISTICS TRANSPORTATION AND DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM

摘要

One logistics transportation and distribution system is designed and developed using the systems engineering, arithmetic and integrated software. System mode, route and loading optimization and simulation are taken askernel techniques, and Just-in-time logistics are realized by GIS, GPS, EDI and E-commerce. Additionally, somesystem interfaces are reserved for information transformation and integration with external systems, such as GPS,GIS, and so on. The 3-Tier architecture is applied to this system. Moreover, based on the users' classification, the system is partitioned into four parts. One the other hand, based on the functions, the system also can be partitioned intosix blocks. The system was developed using Visual Basic 6.0. And, the database was created by The front interfacedesign and programming were completed by using Visual Basic 6.0 as development tool and the background databasewas created by SQL Server 2000.
