Formation and Defence of Cooperation Risks in High Quality Pork Supply Chain

摘要

The effective approach to solve pork quality safety problem in China at present is to implement supply chain management; moreover, reasonably avoid cooperation risks has decisive significance to successful implementation of high quality pork supply chain management. From the viewpoint of quality safety, cooperation risks of high quality pork supply chain is the integration of probability and loss because that pork quality and safety level can not reach the expected standard, which includes risks of partnership, risks of cooperative operation, and risks of cooperative maintenance; these 3 types of risks are influenced by 10 elements such as competence, contract, allocation, etc. Choosing excellent cooperating partners and strong main system of cooperative operation, and building effective coopetition relationship are essential approaches to defense cooperation risks on high quality pork supply chain.
