Optimization of industrial structure is always a prominent problem for the sustainabledevelopment of coal enterprise.Based on the theory of industrial organization,and the reality of a large-scale coal enterprise,this paper carried on the innovative application study to industrial structureoptimization,and put forward the order of priority of the coal enterprise's industries which used the model of Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation based on Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP_FCE).It provided a set of study method and mentality for coal enterprise's industrial structure adjustment,and has vital practical significance to enhance ability of sustainable development of the coal enterprises.
