One computer-implemented method includes receiving a content analysis request associated with a content repository, analyzing, using at least one computer, content objects associated with the content repository for inconsistencies with a meta-model, receiving content optimization suggestion data, modifying, by operation of at least one computer, the content repository content objects using the content optimization suggestion data, and receiving optimization status data.
