In this article, the data collected from the lnternet include the models and the suggested prices of the cars made in China. For the sake of the research,several classification criteria have been defined. Then,utilizing the SPSS and clustering method, the author analyzes the data in order to predict the competition trend of the market for the cars made in China. In addition, the clustering results are used to identify a series of products in competition and to analyze the product category of the manufacturers involved.Moreover, the article gives constructive opinions as to the competition trend of the car market, the strategies of the product category and its key elements for winning the competition.
