The new public administration theory takes the management theory and method of modern economics and private enterprises as its theoretical basis,and has great influence on government management. This essay firstly defines the category of the government administrative assets. Then from the point of view of the new public administration,this assay analyzes and gives its own opinions about the management aims and modes and the establishment of management organizations of government administrative assets.
