Financing Rights and Rural Small Enterprise Financing in China: A Public Policy Perspective

摘要

According to the sociality of the financial resources,this paper established a theories model for the financial rights allocation,and explains that the essence of crux of rural small-medium enterprises financing in China is the imparity of financing rights allocation; on the basis of this,the paper put forward the public policies to perfect the rural financial system in China.
