Evaluation of Beijing Travel Time Reliability based on the Travel Time Datum of Taxi Smart Card

摘要

Transportation network reliability evaluation is developing in the world as a new technology which is used to evaluate the statues of transportation network. There are more than 60,000 Taxies in Beijing and which run in every corner of city. The smart card which is installed on taxi can record the travel time, travel distance, beginning time and end time per service of taxi. Based on the smart card datum, three travel time reliability indices are provided, and Beijing transportation network is analyzed with these indices and datum by this paper.
