For searching overall the stress field of the front frame of 50G loader by finite element method, the method of the static balancing equivalent model of the working mechanism is put forward to deal with the load value of 12 kinds of working conditions, and calculate the strength of the model when subjected to prescribed load cases.This paper also presents a new kind of practical method, a combination method of ANSYS with Guide-weight criterion for the optimization design of mechanical structure, the method could not only make good use of ANSYS, but also bring the superiorities of good effect and quick convergence of the guide-weight method. In this way, the weight of the front frame reduces to 1,361kg from 1,537kg, and the largest complex stress of main working status reduces to 218 MPa from 399 MPa synchronously, thus the quality of design is raised obviously.
