A structure stress analysis system and method using a loading apparatus acting on multiple hinge points for optimized design of a building are provided to perform accurate and precise analysis of stress distribution using multiple hinge points. A structure stress analysis system using a loading apparatus acting on multiple hinge points for optimized design of a building includes a hydraulic pressure generating unit(302), a pressure distributer(310), a manifold(312), cylinders(314), load cells(316), a miniaturized structure(320), and a measurement and analysis unit(330). The hydraulic pressure generating unit generates pressure and applies to the miniaturized structure. The pressure distributer distributes the pressure through the manifold so that the pressure is applied to the cylinders and the load cells in sequence. The miniaturized structure receives the pressure from the cylinders and the load cells. The measurement and analysis unit measures displacement of the miniaturized structure with a strain gauge and displacement meter and analyzes stress distribution and deformation of the miniaturized structure.
