When fragment impact targets, there will produce heat and mechanical energy by outside instant impact explosive .So the synthesis effect of energy can be used by the explosible fragment impact to explosive. This investigation illustrate high power explosible fragment's rationale and process mode, it come into being collectivity technique project. With theoretic calculate, mathematical simulation and the final experimentation it obtains critical initiation velocity of explosible fragment. Comparing with the former inertia fragment shock initiation data, exploded fragment make damage effect more badly than inertia fragment in the same condition. So explosible fragment has very wide applied area in antimissile warhead payload.
