The Development Environment and Bottleneck of China Enterprise：Observe on Strategy Management and Business Practice

摘要

This paper has researched on China's enterprise development in strategy management and innovation theory.Pohated out the enterprise should enhance to cultivate its business environment both in exteriority and interiority urgently in order to suit the requirement of social development.We must and channel enterprise into the plan of strategy management frame,and utilize the theories and methods of strategy management to operate enterprise.During the period of China's economic transformation,if we have ignored the strategy of enterprise development,it was not only difficult to achieve sustainable development but also was easily eliminated through competition in a globalization markets.Indicated that the enterprises in China has quickly developed；however,there were apparent spatial difference of enterprises between advanced country and China.Forecasted that our country should assume an excellent environment for enterprise,in the meantime,all enterprise should keep on the strategy management for bearing the triple responsibilities of economic,society and environment during the process of its sustainable development.
