摘要

In view of hydraulic excavators has the trait of highpower and high energy consumption, we analyze the shortage of the traditional speed-sensitive energy-saving control strategy, and a new adaptive method named power-sensitive energy-saving control strategy is proposed based on the combination of speed-sensitive control strategy and load-sensitive control strategy. The theory and realization of the strategy is provided in detail, in which we match the output power and export load of excavator automatically by controlling the throttle and the engine speed intelligently. Experiment is presented in practice, which proves that the power-sensitive strategy is an effective and practical method of energy-saving.
