摘要

The output mechanism with pin-holes is one of the key parts of cycloidal speed reducer, which affects the load capacity of the reducer. Based on brief introduction of a new double-disc cycloidal speed reducer, finite element analysis on output mechanism is carried out concerning about cantilever beam type and simple supported beam type. Pins with separate sleeves and unique sleeve are also analyzed. Numerical results show that the maximal stress and strain of simple supported beam are much lower than that of cantilever beam, and there is little difference between pins with separate sleeves and unique sleeve, which demonstrates that simple supported beam structure with unique sleeve deserves good application prospect.
