In the world, fragile environment is spread widely, and the types are diversity. The reasons for formulating that is complicated. Meanwhile, it is a bad environmental perform [1]. The karst region is affected by the lithosphere, hydrosphere, atmosphere and biosphere. It is a fragile ecosystem that is maintained by the cycle of carbon, water and calcium with living creature. Due to its integrating regionalized characterization factors and fragile environment condition, environmentalists have regarded "karst" as a worldwide problem to give great attentions [2]. The character of fragile karst is high sensitivity, low environmental capacity, weak anti-interference ability, and strong spatial transfer ability. The rocky desertification is the main manifestation character in karst above. In this context, the up-to-date GIS technology applied to the fragile environment of karst research is very urgent [3, 4]. Based on this, a karst case study of Chongqing was analyzed to explore the disturbing factors of fragile environment and made a comparative evaluation according to using the gray correlation method. In order to realize the sustainable development of karst environment in Chongqing Municipality, the dynamic characteristics of the karst area in Chongqing and the change trend of karst environment also were analyzed. These research results will provide a scientific basis for the government to make the plans for the regional development, and be much helpful to improve the regional sustainable development.
