In the world, fragile environment is spread widely, and thetypes are diversity. The reasons for formulating that iscomplicated. Meanwhile, it is a bad environmental perform[1]. The karst region is affected by the lithosphere,hydrosphere, atmosphere and biosphere. It is a fragileecosystem that is maintained by the cycle of carbon, waterand calcium with living creature. Due to its integratingregionalized characterization factors and fragile environmentcondition, environmentalists have regarded 'karst' as aworldwide problem to give great attentions [2]. The characterof fragile karst is high sensitivity, low environmental capacity,weak anti-interference ability, and strong spatial transferability. The rocky desertification is the main manifestationcharacter in karst above. In this context, the up-to-date GIStechnology applied to the fragile environment of karstresearch is very urgent [3, 4]. Based on this, a karst case studyof Chongqing was analyzed to explore the disturbing factorsof fragile environment and made a comparative evaluationaccording to using the gray correlation method. In order torealize the sustainable development of karst environment inChongqing Municipality, the dynamic characteristics of thekarst area in Chongqing and the change trend of karstenvironment also were analyzed. These research results willprovide a scientific basis for the government to makethe plans for the regional development, and be muchhelpful to improve the regional sustainabledevelopment.
