摘要

Long circulating nanoparticles designed for solid tumor targeting can be obtained by modification of their surface properties with dysopsonic polymers, such as poly(ethylene glycol) PEG~1. Nanoparticle size, PEG chain length, PEG surface grafting density as well as the way PEG is anchored at the surface are important parameters influencing the stealth direct R properties of nanoparticles~1.
