聚二乙二醇十六烷基醚单丙烯酸酯/氧化石墨烯复合定型相变材料的制备及表征

         

摘要

利用溶液共混法制备了聚二乙二醇十六烷基醚单丙烯酸酯/氧化石墨烯(PC16E2AC/GO)复合定型相变材料。通过SEM、DSC和TG对复合材料的形态结构、热性能和热稳定性进行了研究。结果表明:GO的加入能显著提高PC16E2AC梳状聚合物相变材料的定型性,当GO质量分数为5%时,PC16E2AC/GO复合定型相变材料具有较高的热焓值、良好的热稳定性和热定型性。该GO含量的复合相变材料不仅在远高于PC16E2AC熔融温度的条件下可保持良好的形态,而且经85℃恒温热处理100 min后没有出现PC16E2AC的渗漏。此外,300次冷热循环测试证实其具有良好的热循环稳定性。%Poly (diethylene glycol hexadecyl ether acrylate)/graphene oxide (PC16E2AC/GO) composite-shape stabilized phase change materials was prepared by the solution blending method. The morphology and structure, phase change behavior and thermal stability of PC16E2AC/GO were characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and thermal gravimetric analysis (TG). The results show that the addition of GO can significantly improve the shape stability of PC16E2AC. When the content of GO is 5%, the PC16E2AC/GO composite material has high heat enthalpy, good thermal stability and thermal stability. The composite phase change materials with 5%GO appears can maintain a good shape above the melting temperature of PC16E2AC and no leakage of PC16E2AC appears after 100 min treatment at 85℃. In addition, good thermal cycling stability is possessed which is approved by 300 times of hot and cold cycle tests.
