Accidental situations have always been particulary well taken into account and studied by French authorities and operators. In is the case for an emergency period, that is to say the beginning of the crisis, with the detection of a first anomaly, countermeasures to protect the staff and the population, radioactive releases in the environment and ending by the mastering of installations, the end of releases and the fading out of the radioactive plume.
