Complex study lof gas-responsive properties of oligo-and polyphthalocyanines

摘要

More than 150 various oligo-and polyphthalocyanines, both metal-free and metal-containing, were synthesized. The methods of oligo-and polyphthalocyanies fims producing by vacuum thermal sputtering and that of oligophthalocyanines by produced were investigated. More than 30b samples were proved to be of adequate propetties for using them as the basis of gas sensors.
